What we collect

Account details (email, username, password hash), your address (to create shipping labels and deliver orders), listings and photos you upload, messages you send, orders, reviews, and technical data such as IP address and device push token. Photos are re-processed on upload, which removes location and camera metadata.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: show your listings, process orders, create shipping labels, pay sellers, send order and message notifications, prevent fraud and abuse (for example, coupon abuse checks compare IP addresses and addresses), and respond to support requests. We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

Who we share it with

Only what's needed to complete a transaction: the other party to an order (username, and the buyer's shipping address on the label), Stripe (payments, identity verification and payouts), our shipping-label provider and carriers, and Apple (push notifications). Only your city and state are shown publicly on your profile.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. If you delete your account (Settings → Delete account, on the web or in the app), we delete your profile, address, listings and photos. Order and payment records are kept without your personal details where the law requires them for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and address, turn off notifications in your device settings, block members, and delete your account at any time. Questions: support@snaghaul.com.
