Does it cost anything to sell?
No. Listing and selling are free. You keep the full item price, minus shipping only if you choose to offer free shipping.
What is the buyer protection fee?
Buyers pay $0.70 plus 5% of the item price per order. It covers payment processing and protects the purchase until the buyer confirms everything is OK.
How does shipping work?
When an item sells, the seller gets a prepaid label. Sellers pick a package size and weight when listing, so buyers see shipping before they pay.
Can I buy several items from one seller?
Yes. Bundle items from the same seller to pay for one label instead of several. Large items ship on their own.
When do sellers get paid?
After delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to confirm everything is OK or report a problem. Then the money moves to the seller's balance, ready to withdraw.
What can't be sold?
Illegal items, counterfeits, and categories our payment processor doesn't allow, such as weapons, tobacco, alcohol and CBD.
